Hampton Inn & Suites Orlando-East UCF

Rachel at the front desk is an absolute shining star! She greets every guest with a smile and positive attitude. She makes each guest experience personal. We were there for a concert, along with several other guests. It was also a UCF game day. When we checked in, she asked if we were there for the concert and seemed genuinely interested. The next morning at breakfast she wanted to hear about our concert experience and even shared that she had listened to some songs by the band to talk about! Talk about individualized service. The property and location were great for what we needed. The other staff that we interacted with were also top notch!!!

Very nice hotel, better value and in my view nicer amenities than the others in the area. Smaller and less busy which was nice and the facilities are good. The hotel is being renovated so only getting better. Staff are always helpful and frieendly.

Our room was very nice and breakfast was nice as well. I was pleasantly surprised to find guest laundry because it wasn’t mentioned online anywhere and I was planning on going to a laundromat. We also really enjoyed how close everything was from places to eat to a grocery store, Walmart, pretty much anything you need. All of the attractions we visited were within a half hour drive which was great because we didn’t want to stay in the touristy areas.

All the staff were great! The pool was nice, breakfast on par for hotel continental. Hotel is quiet and tucked away from the main road. Many restaurants nearby too.

The location was great, close to shops, plenty place for eating, possibilities to run and hike, and above all great place for exploring the east coast.
